Ignes Nova

Ignes Nova is a four man band from Hamburg, Germany. They formed in 2011 under the name Daymare which was changed to Ignes Nova in 2017. Different influences lead to a sound which most likely could be defined as atmospheric progressive metal. Bassist Florian builds a powerful base with drummer virtuoso Timo which is complemented by the tight guitar riffs. Spherical sounds and melodic synths by keyboardist Bjarne welcome to immerse in intense worlds. Completed by vocalist and guitarist Benji who leads through the experience with a wide range of vocal styles, from soft singing up to grim growling. Their self produced debut EP "Change" was released in 2020 and among others recorded in the legendary Chameleon Studios Hamburg.
